Refund & Return Policy

 

 

We hope you love everything you order from us. If something isn’t quite right, you have 15 days from the date you receive your parcel to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

​

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To start a return, please contact us at hello@shopmadremx.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Please note that Shop Madre is an artisan-made brand, and our products are one of a kind.

If you request an exchange, you acknowledge that we cannot provide the exact same item, as our artisans do not reproduce the same garment twice.

 

If you wish to proceed with an exchange under these conditions, or if you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, please clearly state this in your return request.

Damages & Issues

​

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

 

  • Your item arrives with a production or manufacturing defect  (e.g. cut or significantly damaged), and are considered separately from transit damage. Please contact us as soon as you receive your order.

  • You receive the wrong item.

We will assess the issue and do our best to resolve it fairly.

 

Shipping Damage & Insurance

​

Please be aware that Standard and Express Shipping without insurance do not cover damage caused during transit by Australia Post. Once an order has been dispatched, the handling of the parcel is the responsibility of the postal service.

 

If you select Standard or Express Shipping with insurance, and your item is damaged in transit, we may offer a partial refund for the damaged item once the claim has been approved. Free shipping orders are extend to be send with standard shipping 

 

As most of our products are one of a kind, we are unable to replace the exact same item in cases of transit damage.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, jewellery is non-returnable.
