We want our customers to feel safe, that is why we are committed to being a store that does not share our customers' information.
Store policies:
1.Refund can be made if the comply our refunds policies.
2.We do not exchange face mask and earrings for hygiene reasons and as a health prevention for COVID 19.
3. We promise to deliver our previously sanitized products.
4. We are not responsible for lost products via postal mai (Australian Post) .For international orders please contact your local post.
5. We do accept cash payments on our stall on market days.
6. It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain and take care of their garments. If the product is damaged after use by the client, MADRE is not responsible for making changes or refunds, if the product is damage on arrival please contact us and check our refund policies .
7. We do not accept any type of bargains vía email, DM or market stalls. We value the work of our artisans and we have the faithful idea that the great work of an artisan is NOT haggling.
8. We do not discriminate anyone and we respect everyone, we believe that MADRE is a free space that welcomes any human being.( we expect the same from you). Any types of insults, harassment or missbehaviour won't be accepted.
9. Australia shipping stardard fee is $8.75 added at the check out, free shipping on orders over $55 Australia-wide and international orders over $ 90, Express shipping available for an extra fee.
10. We acknowledge and pay tribute to the original owners of this land where we live and work. We honour the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation. The traditional custodians of this land.

Queremos que nuestros clientes se sientan seguros, es por eso que nos comprometemos a ser una tienda que no comparte la información de nuestros clientes.
Politicas de tienda:
1. Hacemos reembolsos, basado en nuestras politicas de reembolso..
2.No Cambiamos ningún tipo de cubre bocas y aretes cuestiones de hygiene y como prevención de COVID 19.( checa nuestra políticas de devoluciones para otras prendas/piezas)..
3. Nos comprometemos a entregar nuestros productos previamente sanitizados.
4. No nos hacemos responsables de perdidas de productos vía correo postal ( Australian Post). Para envíos internacionales por favor contacta a tu oficina postal del país correspondiente.
5. No aceptamos pagos en efectivo ( solamente durante nuestro stand en bazares ).
6. Es responsabilidad del cliente mantener y dar cuidado a sus prendas. En caso de que tu prenda llegue rota o en mal estado por favor contactanos, mientras tanto checa nuestra políticas de rembolso.
7. No aceptamos ningún tipo de regateo vía correo electrónico, DM o en nuestro stand en bazares. Valoramos el trabajo de nuestras artesanas y tenemos la fiel idea de qué el gran trabajo de un artesano NO se regatea.
8. No discriminamos a nadie y respetamos a todos, creemos que MADRE es un espacio libre y que acoge a cualquier ser humano. ( esperamos lo mismo de tu parte) Ningún tipo de falta de respeto será aceptada.
9. Enviós dentro de Australia tiene un costo de $8.75 que será agregado en tu carrito, Para envios gratis únicamente las ordenes arriba de $55 y para envio internacional ordenes arriba de $90, los pedidos internacionales menores a $90 tienen un costo extra. Servicio de envio express disponible con un costo extra.
10.Reconocemos y rendimos homenaje a los propietarios originales de esta tierra donde vivimos y trabajamos. Honramos al pueblo Wurundjeri de la Nación Kulin. Los custodios tradicionales de esta tierra.

1. All discounts with CODES will be on SELECT ITEMS,SALE AND SEASONAl products
2. All discount codes will be applied to the lowest garment in your shopping cart.
3. We believe that we are fair in our discounts in order to continue with our mission of supporting artisans.
4. Everything is based on terms and conditions, we do not believe and stand for any type of haggling or bragging.
5. Discounts apply with CODES will be one available 1 use per customer.
6. Theres a maximum of CODES and due dates per seasonal promo.
