How long will my order take?
Your order will take 4 to 10 business days to arrive by the Australian postal service. We are experiencing delays in shipments due Covid -19 restrictions in Victoria, Australia.
For international shipments, a delivery period of 6 to 20 business days is expected.
We also offer express shipping for an extra fee.
Do you use other postal services?
No, we only work with Australia Post.

Our earrings might look heavy but they don't feel as heavy as they look.

Why my garments are considered unique?
Mexican artisans are well know for creating colourful and creative designs( none will look like the other).
Also for its manufacture made by the hand with typical, traditional techniques and natural products.
If I don't like my purchase can I get a refund?
No, unfortunately as a new small business, we cannot afford to make refunds.

Can I wash my face mask in the washing machine?
We do not recommend so, face mask should be hand wash​ with:

1. Put your mask in a container with water (hot or cold)
2. add a little laundry detergent (rinse and squeeze)
3. change and put clean water in your container (rinse)
4. Dry your mask with a clean towel
5. PUT YOUR MASK TO AIR DRY DO NOT USE A DRYER OR WASHER.

Can I wash my bags/tees in the washing machine or dry cleaning?
Yes, you can wash your tote bags, clutches and tees in the washing machine or take your garments to the dry cleaners.
