Refund policy

We hope you love everything you order from us, but if something isn't quite right you have 15 days from the day you received your parcel to return the item to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@shopmadremx.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return / Exchange

Customer must be aware that as an online artisan made brand our products are ONE OF A KIND, if you want to exchange an item you must acknowledge we won't be able to give you the same item back, the reason why is because our artisans do not make the same garment twice.

If you decide to continue with an exchange knowing this or instead of a return you want a refund please mention it in your request.
Damages and issues
​
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, such as cut or have a BIG damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on jewellery due to health and safety regulations.
